Warranty Process
Cymbals that show factory defects within two years of their original purchase are eligible for examination at our factory. Zildjian experts will evaluate the damage and issue a replacement cymbal, unless it appears the damage is related to improper use or care.
If you believe your cymbal has a factory defect:
1. Contact Zildjian to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#), via telephone: 781-871-2200.
2. Indicate the location of the damage on the cymbal with a piece of tape.
3. Make a photocopy of your original numbered and dated sales receipt.
4. Carefully package your cymbal. Include your RA# and the photocopy of your sales receipt in the box.
5. Ship the package to:
Avedis Zildjian Company

A Cymbal will not be replaced if:
1. It has been misplayed, dropped, played with excessive force or treated abusively.
2. The center hole is worn due to improper stand set-up or abusive play.
3. The cymbal was bought second-hand or used in a lease program.
4. The cymbal has previously been replaced by Zildjian.
5. More than two years have passed since the cymbal was purchased.
Warranty Notes:
• Cost of shipping a damaged cymbal to Zildjian is the customers responsibility.
• Factory evaluations take approximately 4 - 6 weeks.
• Cymbals that do not meet the warranty guidelines will be returned to customer.

Received my 19" A Custom Projection Crash! Pure brilliance out of the Zildjian bag! I added it to a vacant awaiting boom clamp. Let me say it has an amazing true Projection as Zildjian labels! I will be adding a few more of them. I have a 17 " Projection crash ordered, but hasn't arrived yet!My TAMA kit is now shadowed by all A CUSTOMS! 12"Splash, 14" High Hats,16"crash, 18"crash, and now a 19" Projection crash and my 20" Med Ride. Man! What BRILLIANCE STAGE presents. I'll tell ya you can't dust these for finger prints. lol.😆! You won't tie me to any crime! Beautiful! And sound the same.

After years of trying several dozen other hi hats these have provided the cleanest sound and response. I wish I had discovered them when they were first offered!

This cymbal is my go-to in just a few musical locations. I would recommend it for anyone who needs to really bring the volume to their music. However, I find that is is not as useful as I hoped it would be in other musical settings. Because of its heavy weight, the cymbal does not sound particularly good until you hit it with a certain force; only after hitting it hard enough does it have its best crash sound. Even in rock jams, using the cymbal is still difficult without overpowering everyone's ears. The times I have most enjoyed it were in live settings with monitors where I could really play at the volume I wanted. The cymbal does not sound particularly good as a ride, BUT the bell is fantastic. It is very crisp. It cuts through everything, even the cymbal's own loud sound.

I knew I wanted to go up to a 15 inch at some point. I tried some others and this had that great sound and feel that I wanted. And since my ride and crash are both Avedis It made sense
