Description
The GW-JM UKE-TEN Journeyman Tenor Ukulele Deluxe Wood Case features traditional wood case craftsmanship with a pebble weave burlap exterior giving it a non-traditional look. Inside, your uke's finish will be protected by a royal blue crushed velvet. It also has an accessory compartment where the neck support is. Unlike most hardshell cases, the GW-JM UKE-TEN also has a removable shoulder strap for a more comfortable option when on the move.

      The Journeyman case is sturdy and quite attractive. I use it to store & transport my Martin ukulele. If you choose to apply Scotchgard to the fabric, mask off the non fabric parts before spraying or it will leave a visible residue. I didn't mask but I removed the residue by applying automotive "Back to Black" vinyl/rubber treatment to the non-fabric part. I don't think that the residue is an actual problem but just a cosmetic thing. My tenor ukulele, with strap buttons, fits snugly into the plush interior.

      This case for a ukulele is well made. Not crazy about the color of the exterior since all of my other instrument cases are black. The interior is very nice, and the case protects a uke very well. This case comes with a shoulder strap so that's a nice feature.
