    I put them in my '94 that still had the stock pickups in it and made a good sounding Bass sound even better. I found them to be very easy to install. I don't think the instructions could have been any easier to follow. My 5 year old daughter could do it. (except the soldering part) The only negative was I did have to clean up the edges in the body so they would fit correctly. However, I blame the finish on the body. It was extra thick around the pickup cavities and had rolled edges in to the pickup cavities. The Noiseless part is 100% on the money. I play in a few different bands and every time I was dealing with that humm noise. Thank you for giving me my sanity back

    I bought these to replace the SD Quarter Pounders on my Mex JB. Virtually noiseless, good tone. Bass is my second instrument (I'm a guitar player), but when I get serious and build my dream bass, I'll consider purchasing these PUs again. They get the job done.
