The Fender Custom Shop Postmodern Telecaster Journeyman Relic electric guitar puts a modern spin on an iconic classic, packed with rare appointments and meticulous details for a top-of-the-line playing experience. It features a 2-piece select ash body with a Journeyman Relic lacquer finish and a quartersawn maple neck. The quartersawn maple fingerboard is topped with 21 narrow-tall frets and Micarta black dot inlays. Its sound is driven by a Custom Shop hand-wound loaded ’51 Nocaster single-coil at the bridge and Wide-Range CuNiFe humbucker at the neck, with master volume and tone controls and a 3-way pickup switch. Additional appointments to the Postmodern Telecaster Journeyman Relic include vintage-style tuners, a bone nut, ’58-’63 Tele bridge with brass RSD saddles and chrome/nickel hardware.
