Ernie Ball
Description
Ernie Ball Super Locks feature a push-button, quick-release design to provide a safe, complete 360-degree secure connection that keeps your guitar or other instrument close at hand. Ernie Ball mechanically engineered these guitar strap locks to ensure ultimate instrument protection. Positive locking pins ensure that the locks will not release until the buttons are completely depressed. The contoured design prevents accidental release. All Ernie Ball Super Locks are casehardened and steel-plated, making for the most robust and rust-resistant strap lock on the market. Securely fastening buttons mean that Super Locks can accommodate straps without their own locking mechanisms as well.

These Straplocks rule!

These StrapLocks are simply amazing. They're built very tough, and they look great. I've used Schaller Strap Locks and DiMarzio Cliplock Straps for years but have had problems in the past with the Schallers coming loose and nearly dropping my guitar in the process. When I found out about these, I had to have a set to put on my JP6. These are very sturdy and secure and look nice too. If you're thinking about getting Strap Locks, give these a go, you may just like them.

Big and Lunky

I bought these because of the decent reviews. They were designed stronger with serious metal...ect. Well they are made seriously strong however...they are BIG. I meant the circumference will definately get your attention, sticking out from the cut away tip of my Strat and not in a good way..at least to my taste. But worse, the two tabs on each side of that bulbous head that must be depressed together to get a good lock and release stick. I worked them alot and even put some graphite on them but they would still on occassion stick on me. Maybe it was because they were new or I just happened to get a bad set..I dunno. Now they're sitting in my used junk bin. I bought a set of Schaller type from Renegade and they look great and worked first time-everytime. Good Luck All

This is my first time buying strap lock for my first bass that he bought, for a while now, I wanted to buy one and I bought a cheap but good series, a Marcus miller v3 and I wanted for the color (finished in black) to give it a personal touch, looking in several opinions, Ernie ball was the clearest answer, in fact my strap is of the same brand and of good quality, so my first choice was Ernie ball, not only do they look good, it was really easy to replace the original support for this one, it did not take me more than 10 minutes to install it, just a good screwdriver and some clamps to tighten and that's it's it... obviously I'm not one of those who in the future want to turn my low on my back... but I pass the most basic resistance tests... the strap is removed and put on effectively... thank you ernie ball

  • It's what I prefer for all my guitar straps.

I bought these for the neck button for all my guitars. So far no failures. I have had other strap locks fail. Not a pleasant experience.

These strap locks are great. Extremely sturdy and components seem quality. Many reviews stating the included hardware doesn't fit but I had no such problem. Would buy again.

I've been using these for years with not a single failure. The buttons are easy to install as are installing the locks onto my straps. The only thing is I wish they you could buy only the strap buttons. I have around 50 guitars and 5 or so straps. I'll keep buying the full lock set. I like them that much

Bought these and after a couple months one of them was broken and doesn't lock into the receiver. I reached out to see if it was covered under a warranty since it was so quick that they broke and Guitar Center directed me to Ernie Ball.

Over the years I have transitioned away from Shaller strap locks to Ernie Ball and have never had an issue. The Shallers tended to get stiff and more difficult to undo over time, the EBs have worked flawlessly. Installation on thicker leather straps isn't always easy but once they're on, they're on. Have four different sets, definitely would recommend.
