Football shaped with screws. Jack hole diameter is 3/8" (9.5mm). The mounting screw holes spacing - 1-7/16" (36.5mm). The jackplate has a slight curve to match the body's curved sides.

    When it says to match the bodies curved lines; what is this curve or radius? It is curved to match a standard curve in an acoustic guitar?

    No, this is cured to fit a Telecaster (or something similar) lower bout.
