This cymbal sounds incredible. Perfect, washy sound. Even riding it sounds perfect. However, after three months of use (and I am a heavy hitter) it cracked. If you don't play very heavy I would highly suggest buying this cymbal. For heavy hitters like myself, I would suggest something more durable.

This is an amzing crash. I was blown away and still am everytime I hit it. I get tons of complements. It's a MUST BUY! It also can be used for a pretty good ride if you want to. I love this cymbal and you will to!

This cymbal has quickly become my favorite cymbal in my set up. The attack and decay is not too fast OR too slow. The "K" series Zildjians are higher end and cost more but are well worth the money spent. You'll see. I'm especially fond of the Dark series, and paired up with my 20" K Custom Dark ride it sound fantasic!! I'll never play anything else than Ks and K Darks now.

I recently bought the 19" crash(5-10 tears old but sounds the same as the new ones) and immediately fell in love. It definately has the projection for rock. The best features are the sharp, dark yet mellow attack and decay. I can't go more than a couple measures without hitting it. I highly recommend this series and especially the 19".
