The Zildjian A Heavy crashes have been my go to cymbals for my heavy rock gigs, and this one delivers the tone and the strength to hold up like my others do. It's a great cymbal for this type of music that really cuts through nicely. I wish Zildjian would keep making these, but it looks like they may have been discontinued.
This cymbal cuts!

The perfect cymbal for any Rock, Punk, Metal or Pop application where you need brightness and volume. Quick response and the heavier weight gives it great durability. A wonderful "Exclamation Point" cymbal for when you want to be heard!

The cymbal cuts through heavy rock in live situations. Good crash sound.
A little too small

My grandmother bought this cymbal for me for Christmas. As far as sound and appearance go, it works nicely. The size of it, however, is a little underwhelming. It almost feels like it using a toy cymbal. Definitely gonna go easy on it even though it is a "heavy" cymbal. Worth the purchase if you don't mind fixing your aim a little and not going too crazy.
