18" A AVEDIS CRASH RIDE

Zildjian Drum Set Cymbals 101

Zildjian Avedis Line of Cymbals with Danny Seraphine

19" A AVEDIS CRASH RIDE

Description
A Avedis cymbals are an extremely versatile set of cymbals that are thin and loose, with a played-in feel and immense musicality. Each cymbal features a patina finish that reproduces the look of a decades-old cymbal. With broad weight variations among each diameter, selecting an A Avedis cymbal is a unique experience. Gram weights of each cymbal are written underneath the bell. A reproduction of Avedis Zildjian’s signature and an old “rolled” trademark appear on the top of the cymbal, along with a vintage “outline” Zildjian logo underneath.
Suitable for riding or crashing, this A Avedis Crash offers soft articulation, dark shimmer and a smoky finish.

For years, I've wondered why the cymbal sounds on all the records I love from the 60s were so hard to find in music stores. Well, these are it. I'll never touch another line for as long as I live.
Love this one.

This group of cymbals, A Avedis have that " old school" sound and looks. I enjoy playing these cymbals with oldies rock, country western, polka and big band groups.
Brings back the sounds of the 50's & 60's

This 20 inch A Avedis replicates the cymbals of the past with a fresh unique look and upgraded sound. It gives a unique fresh ride and crash sound along with the 18 inch and A Avedis hi-hats. Look no further if you want to bring back the sounds of past decades yet retain a modern sound.
I want more of these cymbals. Would buy a 16" crash if made.

Good for a crash/ride.

The wash is great sounding, but not enough attack for a ride. A little light so I have to tighten it down in order t get enough of a ping when using the ride, otherwise it sounds like me riding a crash.
