Yamaha A-Series AC3M Cutaway Concert Acoustic-Electric Guitar Vintage Natural

Description
The AC3M VN features Yamaha's cutting-edge SRT (Studio Response Technology) preamp/pickup system. This proprietary pickup design uses individual elements for each string to give an ultra-clear, ultra-wide bandwidth signal with far better dynamic response and tonal accuracy than a regular, ribbon-type piezo pickup. The SRT system was created using advanced Digital Signal Processing and real-world insight into audio technology and recording techniques. It is capable of delivering an amazingly natural, studio-quality acoustic guitar tone – not artificially created guitar tone, but a faithful reproduction of the other elements that make up a great guitar sound, like the subtle ambience of the real space between instrument and microphone, the characteristic EQ voicing of a great sounding vintage mic, the different resonances captured when you move a mic around a guitar. Because SRT uses your guitar's natural tone as a basis for this process, the result is phenomenally realistic and full of the acoustic character of your guitar.
Hard bag included.

Right now, I am practicing everyday. I love how it looks but most I love how it plays. I think we fit together nicely
The best acoustic electric.

I play all the time. Excellent plugged in and acoustically. Super cool and effective preamp! I super dig this preamp! Very quiet plugged in even with an ultra high gain pedal into an Orange Dark Terror. Very excellent high gain tone! More normal and mellow styles are produced equally well. Acoustic or amplified the tone is very excellent. This is a very high quality guitar in the Yamaha tradition. Every aspect of this guitar is better than anticipated. Beauty and quality blended.
I would by this product again, and again, and again!

I have started playing guitar four-five months ago, started with an old dreadnought Washburn guitar. Once I started getting the hang of it I started looking for a better guitar, I thought a better guitar would help me getting more excited and committed to practicing. So I went and bought an APX600 first, fell in love with how much better it was to play the guitar - sound and feel. A month later I went to a guitar center to checkout the AC3M and the AC3R, unfortunately they did not have the AC3M, but they did have the AC1M and the AC3R. After trying them both, I felt I liked the sound of the AC1M better so I ordered the AC3M (same as the AC1M except solid back and sides). While at GC I did try a few Taylors, awesome guitars no doubt, however, on my little experience, I could not justify on build and sound the big difference in price between the Yamaha all solid and the Taylor all solid. In a nutshell, I am in love with the AC3M and would definitely buy again.
Incredible guitar.

great sounding guitar. It at least measures up to some Taylors at three times the price. Handles great, great sounds to dial in. If it came with a hard case it would be better yet---plus it does not have an on-board tuner. This baby sings.

Unfortunately, we don't have a way of knowing what the blemish is. This is a brand new model. It is located in our distribution center. It does carry the full manufacturer's warranty.
