    I just bought these for my 2 year old daughter. Fine product for the price (for stage use, you could maybe spend a bit more). I was actually hoping for a bit deeper "chime" or "chirp" or whatever you want to call the noise claves make, but for the price and my purpose - I am not complaining. Solidly built of rosewood, nice looking, mine were made in Pakistan (that was surprising to me - not sure I own anything else made there is all). A great addition to her growing collection of "play" instruments. You gotta get 'em interested early.

    Beautifully crafted Rosewood; evenly weighted for comfort with nice resonance and having a full sounding Afro-Cuban tonality...Hard to believe cost is so minimal! ALL hand percussion instruments should be this well made and fair priced....a keeper!
