Description
The Saturday Night Special pickup set uses Alnico 4 magnets to deliver that authentic '70s sound. These pickups bridge the output level gap between vintage 50s and modern humbuckers.
Unlike traditional P.A.F.s, the Saturday Night Special humbuckers are voiced to be a little hotter and fatter in the bridge position, and a little clearer and less “wooly” in the neck. They’re more aggressive than 50s-style models, but without the compression of most high gain pickups. This pickup set is perfect for replicating those legendary late-70s arena rock tones.
The Saturday Night Special Set is made in Santa Barbara, California on the same Leesona pickup-winding machine that made the original P.A.F.s in Kalamazoo. Comes standard with four-conductor wiring, maple spacer and short mounting legs.

I have recently ordered one and I was told it was out of stock and it would be sent once it was back in stock. Is there any way to know when that would be back in stock to be sent?
The Zebra Bridge version is still on a backorder status. All other models are are available. We do not as of yet have a firm date on delivery of the Zebra Bridge.
