Warm and sweet vintage output neck humbucker for Blues and Rock.

Description
The Alnico II Pro bridge humbucker’s highs are articulate and smooth, and the lows are warm and spongy. Combined with a high-gain tube amp, the overdriven tone is expressive and soulful. For over 25 years, Slash has been the champion of this pickup and used them exclusively on Appetite for Destruction, which has gone on to become the biggest selling debut album of all time.
Hand built in Santa Barbara, CA, the APH-1n Alnico II Pro humbucker pickups use an Alnico II bar magnet, nickel silver bottom plate, 4-conductor lead wire for multiple wiring options, and are wax potted for squeal-free operation.

I installed this pickup in the neck, and it delivers a warm tone that also delivers great clarity over the stock pickups. I combined it with a Seymour Duncan Pearly gates at the bridge and together they are an amazing combination. It's a must for anyone playing Rock, Metal or Blues, truly a great effective mod to any guitar.

This is an excellent choice for players that want a vintage PAF sound but with higher output. This is still a low output pickup, but the output is higher than vintage and higher than Pearly Gates. Arpeggios and solos sound clean and clear. Chords are warm and full without sounding thin. Sounds great clean, dirty, and coil tapped. Excellent pickup. I actually like the Alinico II better than the Pearly Gates because the output is higher.
