Economical Gig Bag offers Great Protection!

Nice protection for the cost, the zipper is bigger adn works smoothly and I believe it will last a long time, the bag fits the 88 keyboard nicely and the wheels make moving the instrument long distances easier allowing one guy to complete the task at hand. Also I have even stacked the seat and a few other items on top and rolled it easily to the stage.

Large Capacity

I bought this case at the last minute because I needed to transport a Yamaha YPG235 to a gig. First of all, it is HUGE! I like the roominess of the main compartment, and it seems to have adequate padding. I was able to fit the x-stand, the music stand, and a foot pedal, although it is a little tricky getting it all in there. I love that it has wheels! I thought that the front pockets would be roomier based on the product description. I wasn't able to fit as much stuff in them as I thought I would. I am conflicted about the placement of the pull handle. I'm not sure why they placed it on the underside of the case and not on the end. I also wish that it could stand upright with the keyboard inside. It's difficult to balance it upright even when you lean it against a wall. It does seem durable, and I'm sure I will get good use out of it.

It's lightweight and easy to use. The wheels are especially helpful with my 50 pound Yamaha keyboard.

The only complaint would be that the grab handle, instead of being placed on the back surface, should be on the top surface of the bag. Otherwise, it's rock solid and 600 dernier is strong. Maybe the wheels could have been larger too.

  • Well worth the price and I personally think worth getting.

I know most people use a blanket or simply move/transport by itself but it's so much easier to store everything in one place and move it. I'm happy!

This bag is great for traveling with my Roland FP60x. I wanted a soft bag that's easy to store when I'm not using it. It also has wheels which is a huge plus. Product arrived on time. The customer service at Guitar Center in Atlanta was superb as well as I was exchanging used gear for this item as well as a brand new Roland and keyboard stand. #sweepstakes

Why does the slim model have slightly larger dimensions than the regular? Is there a mistake in these specs?

Yes. The Slim & regular should be reversed. Thank you for pointing that out. I will pass it on to our web team.

the keyboard bag for the 88key appears to be smaller than the keyboard width. Are the dimensions for the "slim" bag erroneously reported? I might think that the internal width for the "slim" keyboard bag is closer to the 16" and not 20"
Ultimately, I would like to know if my heavy 50pound Yamaha S90-XS will fit in the bag.
