Like most multi-effects you gotta read the manual to really understand how it works. I has some good tips but in general it's lacks too much detail. I managed in a few hours to get through most the basic things like editing factory patches and moving them to user patches, even did a short loop. The tuner isn't great, it works okay but I've had better ones that show up in color to help you tune easier in stage. So far I haven't found a good way to bypass the unit to use other pedals. Did they forget to install a bypass switch? Any guitarist I know would want that option on their pedal board. I may have to use an A/B switch to do that, bummer. The Factory sounds are pretty good but way overboard to use any you would want to edit and save them. I haven't tried the Firmware up grade yet, because I'm not sure I'll keep this pedal yet. Although I like most of the effects and it's well built I don't like how it operates and is more difficult to edit and store patches than any other pedal I've owned (and I've owned allot), and the fact there is no bypass switch (okay I said again) makes me feel it was designed by a bunch of non-guitarist engineer types not playing musicians. Zoom built a good product, they just forgot it's intended for musicians not computer geeks! I might have given it 4 stars if some of my main concerns were met, and maybe 5 stars if I really liked it.

Great Seats For the real band

By firefly2

from Conover nc

Comments about ROC-N-SOC Tower Saddle Seat Stool:

My band personally owns 4 of the roc and soc tower saddle seat stools. These are really comfortable and the shape makes them a little unique. There great to sit on at band practice they give you a little more edge on holding your instruments. You can strddle the seat instead of keeping your leggs one angle and the comfort is off the top.The price is not to bad and they are just really nice.I have owned mine for about 2 years and plan to purchase more in the near future.

Needs One Simple Improvement

By Richard Kramer _

from Grantham, NH

Comments about ROC-N-SOC Tower Saddle Seat Stool:

The Roc-N-Soc stool is built well. The seat is comfortable and would allow anyone to practice and or perform for hours. There are two foot rest rings for you to rest your foot or feet. I might suggest that the manufacturer drill one additional hole in each leg so that the bottom foot rest ring could be adjusted upward by 2 or 4 inches to better fit the user based upon their height and or leg length. This would allow the performer to better rest their instrument in the position that feels most comfortable to them. In general this is a very good product for the price.

Roc-N-Soc tower guitar seat

By William Blackman

from Naples, Italy

Comments about ROC-N-SOC Tower Saddle Seat Stool:

I bought this seat for my son and now I want one for myself. I had sat in a friends years ago and remembered how comfotable it, so when it was time to buy one, there was no second guessing if I bought the right one. The seat is made from a soft and comfortable material that you will not slide out of. I purchased the short one and even at 6' tall it works great. I am able to keep one foot on the ground and the other on a foot rung which allows the guitar to fit comfortable while playing. You will get this seat already assembled so there in no assembly required. The legs are made of a strong and which seem durable material, it is easy to tell this chair will last a life time and because it looks and feel great, it can be used on any room of the house. I highly recommend this chair. I will be buying another one soon for myself!

Great stool.

By RICK GONZALEZ

from Gig Harbor WA.

Comments about ROC-N-SOC Tower Saddle Seat Stool:

Though it was first back ordered, it still arrived in less than a week. Used it right away at a gig and it was perfect. I like the height, foot rest height and the fact that it spins, very solid but light in weight. Also a very comfortable seat, and I play a couple of hours straight sitting on it without taking a break, my back felt good after the gig. I'd recommend this stool, definitely.

Comments about ROC-N-SOC Tower Saddle Seat Stool:

I'm an aging musician and I'm finding it tougher by the year to stand and play a 4-hour gig. Roc-N-Soc 29" Tall Tower Drum Throne is the answer. This is by far the best stool out there (in my opinion). Most hurt your bottom side after a short time sitting on them. This is the most comfortable I have found yet. Thank you Roc-N-Soc.

Comments about ROC-N-SOC Tower Saddle Seat Stool:

This stool is just how others describe it. It is super comfortable to play on. The two foot-rest hoops are nice, but for my leg length, they are either a bit too low or too high. Depending on the length of your lower leg from the knee down, they might be perfect for you. So in my opinion, it's not a defect with the stool, just my legs. It's a great stool, and I will buy another one. The only reason I'm giving four stars vs. five is that I wish the description listed the heights of the two foot-rests, because maybe the 30" stool would have been better for my leg length.

We purchased 3 of these stools to use with our kitchen island. They are so comfortable, and tuck away under the island. Provides a nice casual retro look to our kitchen for a very reasonable price.

Comments about ROC-N-SOC Tower Saddle Seat Stool:

I purchased this for a gift for my husband upon moving in to our new home, he needed a stool for when he played his guitar. I researched this item for several days before buying this one and hands down this came in over and over with great reviews. My husband loves it, the seat is very comfortable and well made. The cushion is very thick and well padded, the stool slightly swivels and the footrest is a great asset. I bought this in the short size and it is perfect for a guitar player.
