Great add on if you don't have it yet

I had the Roc-N-Soc throne for three years and just recently added the back rest for the throne. I has helped relieve some lower back issues after a long rehearsal or gig. I should of had this right from the beginning. The back rest also helped with my double bass drumming since I can lean back and use the back rest for power to my legs. Deserves 5 stars.

I was shipped a **used** back rest (with a missing bracket)

I sometimes come across reviews where the buyer complains about being shipped a used item and leaving a one-star review. I always thought those were brand competitors or just trolls. This week, I found out it actually happens. This item was clearly worn out with a layer of dust and lint, shipped in an re-used Fender box (I get it, save the environment, but come on), and to top it off, there's a bottom bracket missing, so I can't even use it. Now I'm stuck dealing with the situation of re-wrapping the parts, dealing with customer service, and shipping it back. Come on guys.

    I really needed something for my back, just the throne was not enough. This is comfy, not insanely good, but does the job. It's a bit trial and error to adjust, but installation was super easy. Quality wise nothing to say, all good.

    This is a great addition to the roc n soc drum throne and stool ; added back support for long sessions is good to have . Unlike the throne the stools range of motion is reduced to less than 180 degrees so that's important to note .

    I'd bought a drum throne without a back to it a few years ago for our drummer. He complained about the lack of a backrest forever! When one showed up, I jumped on it! It's so comfortable that I'm using it as my guitar seat now!

    Hello, looking for back test to add to my roc and soc original saddle seat. Both the backrest I see say they are for the nitro. I'm a big guy and didn't want the hydraulic version.
