Who knew that two little knobs could make such a huge difference, but these quality black knobs are quite heavy duty and precision made for sure, the amount is very simple and very secure, I am using it on a push pull Tone control for a telecaster, it turns perfectly straight, and stays tight, they are perfect knobs in every way!!

It says in the first question asked, that these are held in place with a set screw. That is inaccurate, and I based whether these would work, or not, on that statement. They don't work on an American Professional II Fender Precision Bass.

This is intended for a solid shaft. I think you're JS22 is a split shaft. You can use it but don't over tighten the screw.

As long as the pots are the set that comes with the guitar, yes they will. If they've been upgraded it may vary from pot to pot.
