I bought this model in case I got small gigs for outdoor patios or bars if I needed to bring my own sound equipment. I mainly use them for DJing and they hold up well. The presets are good, you cannot adjust mids highs and lows just master volume and volume from the input (XLR).

I got this speaker for my acoustic guitar. I'm using it with an lr baggs para di and it sounds really good. I have to say that this speaker does not!!!! have 1300w more like maybe 300w. It has plenty of power for what I'm using it for. I tried my Bass through it and it sounds just fine. I don't need a lot of power because I use it to back a group of elderly pickers so we don't play very loud. So don't expect anything big from this speaker it's only a 8" speaker

Beautiful, excellent, great works of simple artistic designs with amazing sounds. My only disappointment on the IRX108BT is the absence of ventilation; apart from that, the IRX108BT is small in size but big in sound. Would recommend any time.

I'm not a DJ or a performer, bought this because my JBL Xtreme just wasn't loud enough. Was considering the Boombox, but this is so much louder, has so much more bass, and is way cheaper. Only thing is this has to be plugged in to work since it has no battery. Sound is unreal though, super clear, with a ton of bass

If I purchase TWO of these, can they be daisy chained or linked wirelessly?

How many actual maximum watts does this speaker put out?
1300 Watts. That's about 485 watts RMS. Max power of an amp doesn't mean anything in the real world. A amp won't run for more than 10 mins. at peak.submitted4 years ago

Does it have an internal battery? It says portable, so it has to have some battery installed right??
IT does not have a battery. Portable means that it's easy to lift and carry compared to other speakers.submitted5 years ago

Is this just a floor speaker or does it have capabilities to sit on a stand?
It works with both, but you have to make sure to have a pretty hefty stand to make sure it doesn't tip.submitted5 years ago

Hello- I am looking at options for our soon to be fitness studio. Will four of these speakers be able to be hooked up and used simultaneously with a mixer and receiver and wireless mic? Trying to figure out what the best route is. Thank you!
