    After years of playing with glass and metal slides, I bought one of these beauties and the difference is amazing. My Dobro now sings brighter and even louder under this tool. I got the medium size and was impressed by its heft. It'll take some getting used to (i.e. not being able to fret the strings with individual fingers) but promises to open whole new horizons, especially when playing in open tunings. It makes me want to practice more to improve my tone, and isn't that what it's all about?
