The M3 is a good mixer if you're just starting out and need something simple. The Kill switches are helpful, the only downside is that there aren't any effects. Although you get what you pay for. I would reccomend this mixer for any dj's who are just getting started.

This mixer is perfect for beginners and priced right as well. I tried to cut corners as far as cost and purchased this unit. Looks great but the cross fader went out within the first 6 months. The crowd can hear me cueing up the next record, backspins......Not a good look while djing a party or event. Thumbs down!!!!!
A back-up mixer.... that's it.

I went through two of these M3 mixers. It can't seem to handle prolonged scratching. Everything starts of fine and then you'll start getting some popping and crackling from the cross fader. This happened to me on the new one I bought and on the replacement I recieved. Finally, I spent some extra coin and picked up a higher-end mixer. Haven't had a problem since...

Worst thing I have ever bought, unfortunately I got it with my stanton t.52 turntables they are pretty ill I must say, but this mixer does not accommodate them at all; I did everything it said in setting it up, but I can hear wack static in my scratches ruining the whole thing I am working on at the time. Do not buy this you will get what you pay for..Smh

I was very impressed with the list of features on the box, I was impreesed with it's new look from the older series. But the cross fader was trash, any real dj knows that it is essential that the cross fade performs up to par everytime. Being on air the listener could hear my backspin cue and that's WACK. next time I'll get anouther brand and spend a little more. Just tring to help my fellow DJ's. Peace Showcase

My gain and kill switches went out after 3 months. The crossfader has a lot of static and not practical to scratch on at all. good starter mixer but you get what you pay for.
