i has this unit and it was ok for me , i bought it because i was in need of some dj equipment to do parties with a real low price , just to play songs , but i went out and bought a cdx because im more of a scratching dj , i like cutting it up and i couldnt do none of that on the cdn-25, maybe the fludder effect but no looping or scarthing , but its a good unit for dj's who just play songs back to back !

I have had these tables for about 3 years now. they have been a real workhorse for me. They dont pick up well with cd-r's, unless you burn them very slow. The tray's are starting to "jiggle" when they open. Spend a little more and get the next version. I stand behind my Numark equipment.

The Cd player would be great if it played cd-r's. This was the second Numark I bought, they both had the same problem. I got the Stanton instead. I was worth the extra 20 bucks. Now I put anything in the player and it works just fine. Numark had great features. But if it dosen't play it's a waste.
