Nice Strap

Wanted a leather strap for my Martin guitar so after looking at several straps I bought the Martin branded. Leather is soft to touch but stiff enough that it keeps it shape on the guitar. Strap does not slip around on your shirt but is pretty easy to adjust for your playing style. One word of caution check the strap you are using now in length as this could be a problem with some players. I have to use it fully extended for the way I like for the guitar to set on my body. My other straps ( cloth ) still had some adjustment left.

Love the strap but not the shedding!

I love this strap, it looks great! Unfortunately, it is shedding so bad because it is new that I can't wear because it gets all over my clothes, guitar, everything around me. Until I can figure out how to tame the leather suede it can't enjoy wearing. I am considering returning for different material strap.

    I really like this strap. I spent more for the distressed because the brown looked too red to me. It looks great and is very comfortable to wear with my Martin GPC. Someone else commented that it barely fits them, even at the widest hole. (There are only three holes to choose from for the bottom attachment.) I can see that it could be a problem for a big guy. I'm 5'11' and weigh 185, and that widest choice works great for me. But if you're over 6'2'' and 220, this strap might not be a good choice. Otherwise, this is a comfortable, soft, dark brown (not really distressed), real leather strap with a subdued but classy C.F. Martin logo.
