I purchased this set with a very low budget wanting to learn drums. its been over a year now and still using. super solid hardware and sound. all i can say is, once you replace the cymbals, drum heads, and kick pedal, this kit is well worthy to be used in a live performance.

My budget for a first kit wasn't very high. I wasn't sure just HOW much I would love playing. I've been playing this kit everyday since I got it. The other reviews definitely mean it when they say to upgrade the cymbals. I think it was a decent deal, still. The stands alone are around $200. Just remember this doesn't come with sticks or a drum key! Best of luck 💞

I had an acoustic set in the past, and wanted to purchase a set so that I could set up and play today. If that is what you are looking for, this is a great set. Upgrade the cymbals though, they are good for a start, but wont last more than a year in my opinion.

Bought this as a Christmas gift to my wife and she felt in love with it. Highly recommend if you're looking for a solid entry level drum set.

This product is an amazing starter kit. It comes with EVERYTHING you need for a very reasonable price. The drums are very high quality and are very punchy. However when you become more experienced look to upgrade cymbals. They are just mapex factory and are pretty low quality.
