    Ordered 2- 12" Tumba's and an 11 3/4 " Conga. As I suspected the Tumba is actually a 12.5 " which is the standard size for Tumba's. That's a good thing. I am very happy with this purchase. The drums are of sturdy construction. The sound is full and warm. The slaps are nice and dry. The open and bass tones full. I love the way the sound projects to me as well. The stock buffalo heads are fine and of top quality. No annoying ringing overtones as with synthetic heads. However, I'll be swapping them for steer heads which I'am sure will improve the sound even more. That just my personal preference.
