Constructed from aircraft-grade aluminum, the Kyser Quick-Change capo is built to last through years of heavy use on stage or in the studio. The Kyser Quick-Change capo is ideal for guitarists seeking a high-quality capo for rapid key changes and tuning adjustments.

Trigger-Release Mechanism for Lightning-Fast Key Changes

The Quick-Change capo features a patented trigger-release mechanism, allowing guitarists to swiftly clamp or unclamp the capo with the press of a trigger. This innovative design provides a seamless transition between tunings, tempos and styles. The durable, high-impact trigger-release mechanism is designed to withstand frequent and forceful use.

Dual-Action Clamping Distributes Even Pressure

Great travel capo

This capo is great for when your bringing your guitar on a road trip or for when your sitting at home playing. It is so light and so easy to store in a pocket or gig bag and take with you. The clamp is really strong and mine has held up for a few years without geting worn down or loose. Works great on both my acoustic guitars and my electric guitar. The rubber stops protect from scratching on the fretboard or neck.

Changes tuning

I just got my Keyser and I had a cheaper quick change before that but my dogs chewed it up. I got this one but when I clamp it down I have to re-tune with it on because it changes every strings tuning and they're not tuned together anymore. it's a pain. I don't recommend this capo.

Ordered it online based on the description that it's for 6-string guitars. But when picking it up, the package indicates "designed for acoustic". I have used Keyser quick change capos in the past and had no issues with using on acoustic and electric (Fender Mexican-made strat and Squire Asian-made strat), so I went ahead and picked it up. Seems to be okay on the strat. The rubber tip on the part that clamps behind the neck is different than the one in the picture (and what is on my other Keyser quick change capo). This one has that part made of a black polymer that feels more gummy than the clear polymer that is on my other Keyser capo.

I have the same capo and it works perfectly. But I bought this one for my grandson as part of his Christmas present. I already gave him a guitar I bought at Guitar Center about two weeks ago. Is an Ibanez guitar G6CA acoustic/electric.

Is this a "Flat" capo or a "Curved" one? I bought a Gretsch Resonator guitar and the website says it's a 141/2" radius. So it's not curved like a Start and it's not as flat as a classical guitar or an electric meant for metal playing. Dunlop states which of there products are curved or flat. And since I have one that has a little curve I didn't know which one to buy and neither did Dunlop know which one to buy. Suggestions? TIA

These are designed differently than the Dunlop capos which allow this capo to be used on a variety of acoustic guitar neck shapes.
