    I needed a stereo to mono line cord going from my Rode mic receiver to the input of a powered speaker, TRS to TS. Those of you who do not understand the TRS to TS should probally get a job sacking groceries. These cords are great and I especially like Hosa cables, they've never failed me and they are not overly bulky like other patch cables are. Again, if you don't understand patch.....

    Do these cables have the required rsister network to sum the stereo output signals to a mono input without shorting the stereo side?
