    To all the people that ask if it this will fit their Epiphone and people keep saying "yes it will" that is completly incorrect. This does not fit Epiphones. The gibson piece is machined in the U.S.and the guitar is made overseas in countries that use the metric system. So after reading the description and the reviews i bought this tailpiece and the gibson bridge in gold. Took it to a renowned shop here in St.louis just to find out that it indeed does not fit. Went to the Epiphone site and was told to get the Nashville bridge and set screws and it also does not fit. After spending around $200 on two seperate tail pieces and bridge ive found the answer to does it fit is definitely " no, it does not fit"!!! Im sure its a great bridge but ill never know.

    I'd had to purchase this Gibson tailpiece because not all tailpieces are the same. They all differ in sizes. Buy a Gibson tailpiece for a Gibson guitar. Seems right. I'd bought a Proline thinking that it would fit, but the bridge posts didn't fit in the guitar. I didn't feel like modding it more to make them fit. Just get the Gibson one!

    Replaced my gold hardware with this Gibson official piece. Was debating between Nickel and Chrome - decided on chrome and looks great. Very easy to install
