I bought this for my Dean 12-string guitar. The colors of the strap match nicely. The strap is a bit pricey, but I must say the quality of the leathers (which have a wonderful smell) and workmanship is outstanding. It is unpadded, but still very comfortable because of the suppleness of the leather. Its style which includes tasteful gold stitching, has a simple elegance I find appealing. It is easily attached and removed from the guitar unlike some other quality straps, and it seems to have more length than most. I am pleased with this purchase. Unlike the product description my strap does not have a suede back, but instead has a dark brown supple leather backing.

Like Gibson's higher end guitars, this strap is tremendous quality and American made. It's crafted from a durable yet still supple leather. I use it on my Les Paul, and LP's tend to be heavy guitars. It looks very stylish and is quite comfortable, though admittedly I haven't used it for prolonged playing (more than an hour). Overall, I'm quite impressed and would certainly recommend.
