Amazing picks

These picks are pricey, but they are worth it. Especially if you are a tone snob who like solid wood acoustic guitars like I do. East on the strings with little to no pick noise. They do not add any coloration to the tone of the guitar like some other pic materials do. These are great if you want to get the pure tone out of your acoustic guitar. These are the next best thing to BlueChip picks.

good but overpriced

I like most Dunlop picks and these offer textured lettering and tiny raised granule type dots for good grip but might feel irritating to some people. They are made of a lightweight material/plastic? I use the side/edge of picks rather than the tip most of the time and these have a knife type bevel which is ok. I just don't think these are priced right, this pack of 3 is about $1.00 a pick which is too high... I don't see the worth. Picks are just cheap plastic so despite the 'design' I don't think any guitar pick is worth over $1.00 per pick unless it's made of high quality steel, stone or some carbon fiber.

Started using these last year. I switched from Tortex, which are great. I like the added grip and more precise string attack on these. They are also meant to minimize noise from string attack, but I'm not sure how much of that is the case. I've developed a lighter tough in the last few years.

I use this mostly for flat picking. Very comfortable to hold.

These were recommended to me in the store as an option to get more clarity from my picking. They do that, but I also really like the grip on them. I was using Tortex picks for decades, and still love those, but the Primetone picks have the perfect amount of grip for me. The Tortex seem to slip off my fingers now. I'm using the Primetone's now for both electric and acoustic, and they sound great on both.

I discovered these picks at my local GC a few years ago. I tried them out and they're everything I want in a pick: They're stiff and facilitate fast picking, they're thick enough to hold but still have that snap that keeps notes from sounding dull, they're durable (I have yet to wear one out), and they've got a nice textured grip to keep me from dropping them. They come in different thicknesses, I like the .88 mm the best, but the 1 mm work well for jazz.

Are these standard size or small like Jazz lll picks?

These are a standard size, not like the Jazz III.
