Best acoustic pick. Might be a bit stiff for some but the tone is both louder and more articulate because of the sharper tip. Creates more overtones.

This pick is awesome while XL gives the impression that its going to be huge its really not, its a very manageable size, actually for someone like myself with larger hands (I'm a 6'6" male) I would actually have liked it to have been larger. But when it comes down to playability I love these picks, Very good tone and very easy to handle with no slipping occurring that I've noticed. If you're considering a new pick I would recommend these.

They sound great, their a bit stiff but thats how i like my guitar picks anyways makes for a more aggressive attack and the sharp edge of the jazz iii picks, just gotta love it!

Good for certain types of sounds, but not quite what I thought they were.

  • Perfect pick for me.

I tried the Jazz III picks, but they were too small and kept flying out of my hand. Also they were too stiff, and difficult to play rhythm with. I liked the Tortex yellows, but they were too slippery and hard to hold onto. This Primetone Jazz III XL is just the right size for my hand and the sculpted pattern stays in my hand like glue, even better than the Max Grip picks. A winner for me in every way!
