Dunlop's Celluloid Classic Guitar Picks provide players with a traditional pick that delivers comfort, control and a balanced tone. Made of the highest quality celluloid and finished with an elegant pearloid sheen, the Celluloid Classic Picks come in Dunlop's popular shape and gauge offerings so guitarists can find the perfect pick for their playing style.

Celluloid Material Provides a Warm, Balanced Tone

The Celluloid Classic Picks are constructed from premium celluloid, a traditional pick material prized for its warm yet articulate tone. Celluloid picks produce a balanced frequency range with smooth highs, rich mids and tight low end. This tonal balance allows guitar parts to sit well in a mix without sounding too bright.

Comfortable, Familiar Shape

Dunlop's popular teardrop-shaped pick design provides a comfortable, familiar feel for most guitarists. The smooth beveled edges glide across strings with ease while the pointy tip allows for articulate single-note lines and strumming. Three gauges—light, medium and heavy—are available so players can choose a pick thickness suited to their playing style and tonal preferences.

High-Quality Construction

As with all Dunlop picks, the Celluloid Classic Picks are precision molded to the highest quality standards. The celluloid material is expertly cut and finished to produce picks with a smooth surface and precisely rounded edges. String contact points are carefully beveled and buffed for a polished feel. The durable yet lightweight celluloid ensures these picks will provide years of balanced tone and playing comfort.

Classic Style

The Celluloid Classic Picks feature an understated pearloid finish for a touch of vintage style. The marbleized effect recalls picks from the golden age of guitar music, evoking timeless tones and effortless cool. Discerning tone connoisseurs will appreciate these picks for their high quality, balanced tone and stylish esthetic in equal measure.

These have been my "go to" picks for about ten years. I like the size and how they feel.

I like the Medium confetti colored picks because they are easier to see when you drop them while playing. The medium is the size I prefer. These are Dunlop's but they look just like Fender, so I bought them at the store.

After trying a number of different shell picks and black Celluloid picks, this one nails the tone and attack that I needed for my Strat. If you're playing cleaned funky guitar riffs and love that quack tone from your Strat, this is the pick to have. Perfect combination of silkiness and snap. Do you want to capture that Paul Jackson Jr tone. Think the Commodores nightshift. But this pick can rock too!
