Warranty
As of October 1, 2009, all Zildjian Cymbals are guaranteed against manufacturer's defects for two (2)
years from the date of original purchase. For warranty claims outside the U.S., contact your local Zildjian
distributor.
Warranty Process
Cymbals that show factory defects within two years of their original purchase are eligible for
examination at our factory. Zildjian experts will evaluate the damage and issue a replacement cymbal
unless it appears the damage is related to improper use or care.
If you believe your cymbal has a factory defect:
1. Contact Zildjian to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#) via telephone: 781-871-2200.
2. Indicate the location of the damage on the cymbal with a piece of tape.
3. Make a photocopy of your original numbered and dated sales receipt.
4. Carefully package your cymbal. Include your RA# and the photocopy of your sales receipt in the box.
5. Ship the package to:
Avedis Zildjian Company
RA#
22 Longwater Drive
Norwell, MA 02061
A cymbal will not be replaced if:
1. It has been misplayed, dropped, played with excessive force or treated abusively.
2. The center hole is worn due to improper stand set-up or abusive play.
3. The cymbal was bought secondhand or used in a lease program.
4. The cymbal has previously been replaced by Zildjian.
5. More than two years have passed since the cymbal was purchased.
Warranty Notes:
• Cost of shipping a damaged cymbal to Zildjian is the customers responsibility.
• Factory evaluations take approximately 4–6 weeks.
• Cymbals that do not meet the warranty guidelines will be returned to the customer.
• Cost of shipping a replacement or damaged cymbal back to the customer will be covered by Zildjian.

I have tried a lot of different Hi-Hat cymbals, but this set is my absolute favorite. Sound is dry yet very crisp, with a smoky note. Super responsive and sounds so wonderful in every way. Highly recommended. Best cymbals I have ever owned.
Zildjian Mastersound Hi-Hats

Have two sets of Hi-Hats. Both have the same Mastersound lowers. One has the "A" New Beat top and the other the "K" Mastersound top. The lowers have fluted edges so there is little air resistance as the top is lowered and no suction holding the top down as it is raised. This affords incredible control of that special sound Hi-Hats make as they touch and pull apart. It also adds depth when playing them closed. The "A" is a bit thinner than the "K" so I have a choice whether I want them to sing more or be really defined. I'm having trouble deciding which to use more. Both are excellent. Plus changing a top takes seconds. It is like having two tools that will do as much as a whole bagful. I doubt anyone would be sorry for investing in this setup.

Zildjian K Mastersound HH

As usual I was very impressed with Zildjian's product. I was replacing my A mastersound HH's with these K mastersound HH's. They have the superior quality and sound I have come to expect from zildjian products (A++). I would recommend these HH's to anyone looking to purchase solid HH's with a clear definite chick and good stick definition. They also provide a great jazzy sound and feel while playing. There was nothing I disliked about the HH's they were exactly what I was looking for.

man these cymbals are wonderful. They can be used for any type of music in my view. They cost an arm and a long but they are well worth the buy. I've had mine for about 5 months and i am very pleased to say i play "K's"

These Hi-Hats are increadible. I have owned them for a little over 4 years and they have ben through a beating. Extreamly durable and incredible tone. I play alot of Metallica-like stuff and they hold up great. Zildjian has never let me down. (sabian has, and that is why they will never ever come close to the quiality and sound of Zildjian) You will not regret Purchasing these Warlocks!
