Adding a more raw sound to my kit.provides a solid 'dirty' sound that works great w a lot of newer rock
I like the sound !!!

I like the sound!! Might get some other sizes in the future. I haven't experimented too much yet, but am going to mix and match with some other 12's that I have to see what happens!!! I did use it in a recording and it performed well in the stack position
Really like these.

I wanted a different sound that would work as a little extra trashy sound and this works perfectly.

I use it on top of my ride cymbal and it's good when doing double bass stuff. Also good when you want to use sixteenth notes on the high hat. Just alternate between both.

What is the weight in terms of "Thin, medium or heavy? I am looking for a bottom hat that has equal or slightly heavier weight than a New Beat Top
These would be considered medium weight cymbals.
