Need to return the device since it the connection for an iPad Air. I was so disappointed when I opened the package to see and old connection. Wish that had in the description that it was not compatible.

Awesome product

I bought the I-ux1 cable to hook my iPad to my dtx430 electronic drum set. It works as advertised and it's amazing how easy it is to use. It was expensive and very inconvenient to put together as I had to buy an adapter as well, to make it work. I ordered through GC, and they found and ordered the one advertised on clearance. I was excited about it, only to have my dream crushed when they cancelled my order without so much as a reason. Just an emailed cancellation. I called them and got a hold of them and the gentleman that helped me bent over backwards to find me another one. I appreciate is help so much, but I still ended up paying more. I didn't think that was fair, but I was stuck. My money was in a gift card. We had some money issues, but over all I finally got my cable. It was a pain, I paid more, but I did get one. I doubt I'll order anything through them again. It's not the fault of the people who helped me tho. I think it was corperate.
