    This is a beautiful, if modern, violin case., however, I bought it specifically for my Yamaha SV-130 silent violin. This silent violin has a NON-REMOVABLE shoulder rest, which makes it higher profile than a regular violin. As such, it does not fit a standard case. I presumed that the SV-LTCASE SILENT ELECTRIC VIOLIN CASE would fit the yamaha silent violin. It does not. If you closed this on an SV-130, you would crush the bridge.
