I'm a huge Yamaha guitar fan already owning an FS3 and LS16M. I picked this one up to support my local LGS as they just started carrying Yamaha. I also wanted an all mahogany guitar. The sound is absolutely beautiful and plenty loud and complex even with the laminated back and sides with great sustain, rich overtones, and a satisfying brightness. It's also lightweight which is appreciated. The action is perfect for all utility playing. The styling is just phenomenal with the matte finish, the he ultramarine interior, and the mid-century fonts. The gold toned brass bridge pins, gold toned end pin jack, and matching tuners are a really nice touch.

#sweepstakes beautiful guitar with light colored face. The sound is deep and full. Perfect for beginner to intermediate guitar players. The body is slightly smaller than most guitars on the market, however the sound doesn't suffer because of that. I would recommend this to anyone looking to being or expand their collection.
