Best wireless option around!
- Pros: easy set up, full charge in 2.5 hours, 5-6 hour battery lifespan, good distance reach - Cons: line audio level output volume is low. Overall: I bought this system to run a speaker upstairs during a house party. Set up only took a few seconds of pairing once I turned both units on, and I was ready to go. The only drawback was the line level volume was not as high. Because I ran the transmitter into my booth output, I was able to raise the gain separately from my main speaker downstairs. You can daisy chain up to six receivers so I will definitely buy a few more receivers only. I highly recommend this purchase.

Long Term Review
Ive owned three Xvive systems. Have to agree with the low marks. When they work they work well. Unfortunately they don't last long. Mature adult, gig regularly but never abuse my gear. Transported in padded case well cared for. First guitar Xvive failed shortly after a year. I liked it so much, I bought another set thinking maybe I had a lemon. That set is going on about 9 months now. Went and bought the xvive U3 wireless system. It failed to charge within 6 months. GC pointed me to the manufacturer. Xvive customer service (joke!) responded with one Chin/English email and now wont answer me. GC says they cant help me because its Xvives warranty. So GC you let companies dis-honor their warranties to your customers and just shrug your shoulders?! That's illegal and shameful. Breach of contract. Ive talked with GC customer service twice. Same response. Theirs a company that Starts with an S and ends in an R that gives a free two year warranty on Xvive items. If after this, you still want a wireless system from Xvive?! That's where to go.

Product us great to make your microphone wireless. I used it for a party and the connection was amazing. It is also great to make your PA system wireless and get rid of all the cables . It is a little thick to fit in your mixer but the connectivity quality makes up for it. I would recommend it any day

What if all 4 microphones had this wireless, what's to prevent cross chatter?
If you had four microphones all using the Xvive U3 Wireless System, what prevents cross chatter (one mic interfering with another) is channel selection. Here's how it works: The Xvive U3 system allows you to select from 6 different channels (6 frequency bands) in the 2.4 GHz range. Each transmitter/receiver pair must be set to the same channel — and different pairs must be on different channels to avoid interference. So for four mics, you'd assign each transmitter/receiver pair to a unique channel (for example, Mic 1 on Channel 1, Mic 2 on Channel 2, etc.). Each Xvive U3 pair locks onto its own private frequency space. As long as you manually assign each mic to its own channel, there's no cross chatter. Limitations to keep in mind: 2.4 GHz is crowded (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc.). Xvive U3 has built-in automatic frequency hopping to help minimize dropouts, but heavy Wi-Fi environments can still cause problems if you're pushing 4–6 units.submitted4 years ago

Whats the distance on signal between the transmitter and receiver?
90', as long as the path is clear. If something is put between them it may cut out.submitted6 years ago

Will this work with a phantom power microphone?
This microphone system would not be compatible with a phantom power microphone.
