Wathen CryoTone Tubes CryoTone Tubes 6L6GC-WC Silver Power Tube

These have been some of the best 6L6 tubes I've had in my amps for several reasons. One is that their lifespan exceeds all other tube brands I've tried. Two, they have cleaner signal with less fizz. Three, they are always consistent with each other. I can't tell you how many times I've ordered a tube from other manufactures and they sound different. Even if they are the same model. I've pulled my Wathen tubes and put them in multiple amps and they've held up to major play time and touring. Love these and would recommend them to anyone searching for good sounding vintage tubes without inconsistency problems you get when searching the planet for the good vintage ones. These do it for me and make my amps more like how I want them.

I have replaced my "standard" quality tubes with Cryotone tubes and have found a fuller range and tighter frequencies that make your playing more direct. Incredibly inspiring to play once you have them installed.
