    I added this to my already existing DJ equipment to do karaoke once a month. I have only used it once but for about 4 hours. The button to open the tray is very stiff. I recommend using the supplied remote control to open and close the tray. It takes what seems like a lifetime to load a karaoke CD+G. If you have multiple singers, one after another, you will need a second machine to keep the flow going or play a song on a CD player while the next person is coming up to avoid "dead air". Another little annoyance is if you press the "display" button to see how much time is left on the song, it appears on the video screen where the lyrics are being sung. It appears on the front screen of the player also. The remote is great and easy to use. The sound quality from the player is very good. The only thing that prevents this from being a 5 star rating is the load time of the disk.
