I found my sticks

I have been drumming ever since I first went into highschool. I have tried numerous brands, styles, wights, sizes, etc. of sticks and after years and years of searching I will forever use the Dave Weckle Signatures. They are the only sticks I have found with just the right ammount of weight, length, and thickness to perfectly fit my grip. These sticks work very well for me and I recommend them for anyone, especially jazz drummers. I prefer the wood tips to the nylon, but I always have, just personal preference.

Too slippery

bought these along with some pro mark sticks to experiment with different tips and stick sizes. These are fine for matched grip but very slippery for traditional and require too much squeezing to keep them at the fulcrum making it nearly impossible to keep a loose comfortable grip. The Pro Mark sticks however are fantastic for traditional grip. I recommend pro mark in general at this point, Vic Firth is just not making sticks that match their quality.

    Perfect length and weight for powerful strikes, but lite enough for quick movements. I prefer the nylon tips for a crisp sound

    I love these sticks! I drum across genres, and this stick provides for a range of drumming styles. It's length delivers a strong strike to drums/cymbals, but they feel light and support fast, jazzy drumming.
