The Vox Limited-Edition AC10C1 10W 1x10 Combo Guitar Amp is a limited-edition AC10C1 combo guitar amp, a 10W tube amplifier that joins VOX's flagship Custom Series lineup. More portable than the AC15, and more powerful than the AC4, the AC10C1 provides an array of classic VOX tones, and comes equipped with studio-quality reverb and a master volume. VOX proudly offers this limited-edition AC10C1 to provide players with an easy way to enjoy the legendary VOX Top-Boost sound. Featuring a Celestion Creamback 10"speaker, and equipped with reverb and a master volume, the AC10C1 is the ideal companion for the home, studio or stage. This limited-edition model features a stylish tan-on-tan finish.

Legendary VOX Tone in a Compact Package

The AC10 was one of the first amplifiers to bear the VOX name and was available only for a short period of time in the early 1960s. Long adored for its ability to achieve rich, articulate tube tone at very manageable volumes, the AC10 has become a highly coveted piece of VOX history since its discontinuation in 1965. Now, VOX is proud to reintroduce the AC10C1 and provide players with an easy way to enjoy the legendary VOX top boost sound. With 10 watts of power through a custom Celestion 10" speaker, the AC10C1 offers classic VOX tone that's perfect for any situation.

Simple but Effective Control Panel

The AC10C1 features a simple but effective control panel, with Gain, Bass, Treble, Reverb, and Master Volume controls allowing you to shape your tone. The Gain, Bass, and Treble controls shape the initial tone from the EL84 power tubes and 12AX7 preamp tubes. The reverb control adjusts the level of the built-in reverb effect, allowing you to add anything from a subtle hint of ambience to a wash of cavernous reverb. The Master Volume control then allows you to adjust the final overall volume level of the amp.

High-Quality Reverb for Subtle Ambience or Vast Spaciousness

The AC10C1 comes equipped with a high-quality reverb effect, specially designed to complement the classic VOX top boost tone. At lower settings, the reverb adds a subtle ambience that evokes a small live venue. At higher settings, the reverb becomes more pronounced and spacious, recreating the expansive reverb of a cathedral. With the ability to control the reverb amount to taste using the dedicated Reverb control, the AC10C1 lets you easily achieve any reverb tone you want.

A Stylish and Portable Design

In addition to its coveted sound, the AC10 is also adored for its stylish and portable design. The limited-edition AC10C1 continues this tradition with an attractive tan-on-tan cosmetic and a compact, lightweight cabinet perfect for any playing situation. A removable back panel also provides easy access to the AC10C1's tubes, allowing for quick servicing and replacement.

This Amp exceeded my expectations and then some. Best amp I have ever owned. It makes all of my guitars sound better. Brilliant, Chimey, Quacky 50's Strat sounds are this amps forte. My Teles sound so good, I may not replace the pickups after all. Les Paul - Just Wow! Portable too! And dang, it's just so beautiful. Matches my Blonde Fender Vintera 50's and Squier Blonde 50's Stratocaster (with gold hardware) so well. Makes me love guitars I didn't love before. Sounds great with pedals, but I have actually not used them as much since I started to use this amp. It sounds amazing on its own. Get this while you can! You won't be sorry.

Enough power for live performance and big studios, but sounds great quiet enough for home practice or small studios. This amp splits the difference between the AC4 and the AC15 which makes it practical for the best applications of each.

So glad I purchased my AC10C1 Creamback! I have had a Vox AC15C1 for about 5 years but found it to be a bit much for my needs. It also had the creamback speaker and sounded amazing but I didn't need that much volume and power. (It also weighed a ton and I hated moving it around!) I traded the AC15 in at GC towards my new Vox. This AC10 has beautiful tone and the perfect amount of power! I was pleasantly surprised by the bass response. That 10" creamback speaker really sounds great. The gain knob adds the perfect low volume overdrive and the power tube breakup is amazing at high volumes! Finally, I was a little worried about going from a true reverb tank to the integrated digital reverb but it really sounds nice on this little amp. Awesome with my Tele as well as my Gretsch. All in all, I would highly recommend this little beast!

If you're looking for that classic Vox AC Top Boost tone and don't want to deal with the weight issues associated with the AC15 or AC30 this is an excellent choice. It sonically pairs very well with my Fender, Gretsch and even to my surprise, my Takamine acoustic. Great Purchase

This amp checks all the boxes. Home use, recording or small venues, it'll do the job. Top boast tone with half the weight. Mates with humbuckers, P-90's, single coil. Honestly, it's impossible to get a harsh tone on the AC10. Vox was making these amps many years ago, and then they stopped. So glad, they decided to go with these once again. BTW, the tan on tan is a great looking amp. You need this!
