Never buy this guitar!

I purchased this guitar on-line last 11/05/2023 and I just received it this afternoon. I was expecting that it should be brand new, but looks like the one I got is a used one. The guitar also is not tuned. There were scratches already in the front body and the cellophane cover on it was already removed. I just attached an image of it. There also a dent in the neck pickup. So frustrating! I have decided to return it tomorrow.
Full featured but compact

I like the compact size and it's fun to play. At least one of the pickguard screws are stripped but it doesn't affect the playability of the guitar.
I love the looks and the comfort the was it plays
