    My son has a few instruments he's been picking up on his way to a planned career in music ed. I'm a believer an instrument in the open is mire likely to be played than one in a case. This stand is perfect. The trumpet is played quite a bit since this stand is right out beside the couch. It even passed the curious kitty test wit no casualty.

    I've been wanting this trumpet stand, some of my friends have one. Very compact and it holds up my trumpet very well. I'm happy with it.
