Good replacement turntable for an old home stereo.

This is definitely not a DJ turntable. In fact all belt drive turntables are not very good for even basic DJing. But if you're looking for a good reliable turntable for your home stereo at an affordable price, this is a great turntable. The only downside is it has a P-mount cartridge, so you can't upgrade to good quality cartridge. But the cartridge provided has good enough sound quality, that most people using this for their home stereo would probably not have any complaints. A lot of turntables at this price will not last, but this one should last you for a good number of years. This turntable is pretty quite & the needle is fairly easy on your records. The semiautomatic operation makes it easy to use, just push a button & the tonearm automatically gently places the needle on the record. If your stereo does not have inputs marked "Phono" you will need to buy a phono preamp or a DJ mixer to hook it up to your stereo. I highly recommend this turntable.

i remember i had these as my first set , usually they would come with a technics home entertainment system, got mines form two different systems in my family , one was gray and the other was black, but them i finally got a set of gemini 1800's when i got in the 12th grade in high school , i felt like a real dj they ,plus everybody loved me when i was djing at parties with the old technics , i sort of miss the first set i ever really djed with.
