I've used this mixer for both my solo and duo acoustic acts, and my three or four piece band. I have t had any Wi-Fi issues. beer was spilled on it, I let it dry for a week with and it still works like a champ. It's great being able to eq individual aux channels and the effects are 👍🏼

Got it new, but at reduced price, I was only going to use it for learning more about the world of digital mixers. On day one I thought it was a terrible mistake, because fader response was delayed and I couldn't access some features from Galaxy tablet, that were available to me on Surface Pro. Day two I did some research, found firmware update and I've been a happy camper since then. During first month I used it at a backyard watch party to run audio; food truck festival for DJs and MC; jazz brunch for a 5pc band. I found it is easy to setup and operate and the sound quality is very good. I really appreciate the ethernet port and built in Hotspot, but I did notice the wifi connection dropped a few times, but connectivity was improved with an antenna upgrade. I'm thrilled with this setup and all of its included features: FX, EQ, Aux, Subgroup, Gate and more! I was able to find some really great video tutorials and they were very helpful. I like that the Ui12 uses HTML5 to allow any device with compatible browser to interface with- no need to download an app. My transition from analog mixer to digital was easy. Now after using the Ui12 for a while I'm ready to upgrade to one of the larger models.

  • A lot of bang for the buck. Acoustic band's dream.

I purchased this for a small meditation facility that does classes, teaching and meditation times incorporating A/V and four wireless mic systems. This unit allows for remote placement, multiple users with limited access and some varied preset settings. They love it and it works well for them. The WIFI is not strong, but can be upgraded easily with another antenna. The updated firmware allows for recording from the USB. I have the Ui16 for small gigs and it works fine. One drawback to the Ui 12 is it does not tack mount.

Used live with a small band in south west Spain. Read a fair few negatives but decided to get one and go ahead, the mixer worked great and enabled us to pull off shows we could never have controlled as well in the past. One caveat that I did not see in the documentation, the iPad 'app' seemed to get stuck in a weird mode and I could not get back to mix screen. Just needed to change orientation of iPad and it returned to normal. Much better than our previous analog board. So far no real issues. We love it - our leap,of faith was rewarded.

I have never been so thoroughly disappointed in anything in my entire life. From beginning to end this has been a total failure and bad experience. Tech support has NEVER responded. There is nobody to answer a phone and the voice mail has yet to be responded to in over 30 days. Great device to pull your hair out over. I will never buy another Harman product again because of non-existent support. It is a good thing I still carry my BOSE T1 ToneMatch Engine with me because it is reliable.
