I have used compact mixers for what seems like ages. Finding out that Soundcraft had a new mixer was very exciting, you just can't beat the reliability of Soundcraft or Allen & Heath. Which I sold my ZED10FX the day before this mixer arrived. The Lexicon Effects are second to none, the faders are smooth the build is tough, the sound quality is clear and full. Real mute buttons ( something A&H forgot to put on the ZED ) I use this mixer for live shows, karaoke and a small band. with my EV EKX speakers, this mixer shines. Sorry to let my ZED go, but we all have to move on at some point. Very pleased, If you're on the fence or saw the word PREORDER on the website, just order it, it's been in stock for awhile. You will be impressed!
