Shubb Capos - Still The Best (Spanish Subtitle)

Description
The Original C-Series capo features a patented locking action that provides an unrivaled combination of power, speed, accuracy and ease of use. One smooth flip of the lever locks it securely in place”and removes it just as quickly.
And the Shubb C-Series capo doesn't create tuning problems. Its soft, resilient rubber is specially designed to work just like a fingertip, so the capo doesn't bend the strings over the frets. Its closing action is just like your hand, so the Shubb Original C-Series Nylon-String Guitar Capo doesn't pull strings off center. As a result, no re-tuning is necessary.

When using a capo it is necessary that it provide enough tension to keep the strings, especially the bass strings, from buzzing. Any more tension than the minimum necessary to accomplish that does tend to de-tune the guitar by raising its pitch. The Shubb design is the only capo that I have ever used or seen that can be precision adjusted to apply just enough tension to effect the key change without unnecessary de-tuning. All other designs use springs to apply the tension so must be designed to always apply enough tension where the neck is thinnest so must apply more than the minimum necessary. The Shubb has no springs and its tension is fully adjustable. It is also compact and stays out of the players way when being used.
Still haven't found the capo I like.

I was given a Shubb for 12-string 10 years ago and love it. I've been buying one for each of my other instruments, because it's a hassle to be missing one when I open another case in public. Love it!

The Shubb Capo was recommended by my guitar teacher. I am really happy with this product. I had ordered the nylon string and when I got to the store to pick up my order, I found I wanted a steel string one as well. Very satisfied with this compact and neat capo.
Better than any other Capo out there.

I had been thinking about getting the Shubb Original for a while, but still had a perfectly fine and working capo in my possession. Then, I realized that I was missing the rubber sleeve off the back of a certain quick change capo, and I decided to get the Shubb. I have already noticed a difference in sound. There's no unnecessary string buzzing you get from other capos, and the overall sound is fuller, and doesn't seem to have any holes. I recommend it for everyone.
