Seymour Duncan

Description

The Seymour Duncan Pearly Gates humbucker is based on the tone of Billy Gibbons of ZZ Top, whose bridge pickup was known for having slightly more output than most P.A.F.s, which helped to give it the extra drive. That's what makes this pickup so special. The alnico 2 bar magnet keeps the high end sounding airy but focused, and the midrange emphasis gives it a unique Texas sizzle. It really has a growl all its own and will help to bring any humbucker-equipped instrument to life.

I upgraded my Squire thinking 70's classic vibe with 2 of these Seymore Duncan', pearly gates and it's amazing the tone and sustain. It's fantastic
