This guitar case is exactly what I was looking for and needed. I wanted to take a guitar to China since I would be working on a project there for an extended amount of time. I was still skeptical about it reaching there in tact, so I bought a Martin GPCXAE, which is a decent playing and sounding guitar, but not so expensive that I'd be really upset if it was to get damaged, lost or destroyed in the transporting process. This case worked flawlessly shipping my guitar from Florida to China. I put the Martin, Blackstar 6 watt practice amp, portable guitar stand, 2 packs of strings, capo, 3 instrument cords, tuner and other accessories (where there is plenty of room) inside and checked it like regular baggage. The TSA locks are a plus that allow you to lock it when you check in and TSA can inspect it of they need to. The guitar and I were re-united in Taipei 24 hours later, then onto China two weeks after that. No hint of damage, everything in perfect working order. This case is as close to being bullet proof as you can expect. The case has built in wheels that make it very easy to transport and use. 100% sold on this. Another guy (experienced guitar player on my project) saw my case and immediately went out and bought one. He has shipped his $3,500 Martin all over in it. No issues. OK, it's not cheap, but not that expensive either - there's a reason for that. I intend to buy another of the same case, but for my Telecaster and Strat. Buy it, you won't regret it!

This is as I imagined it and seems a big step up in the level of atmospheric protection, a modest step in terms of physical protection. It's quite a bit larger than most cases and the rectangular shape has it not fit in spaces (car trunk, car seat, etc). I have yet to use it for airline travel, which is the reason I got it. Good price, I suppose, great service getting it to me. We'll see.

My acoustic guitars fit snugly, case is very nice inside, plenty of storage space. This is the most durable case I've ever had. Great for the airlines. TSA locks too.

I bought this for my fly gigs but will probably use it now on every date.
