I like a mix and match Sabian sound. I use HHX complex along with Legacy and this Paragon blends in perfect. I like the sound of a smaller crash, so I went with the 16''. This cymbal looks great to. It really stands out among the crowd. It's a very loud cymbal, but so what, we drummers are not known for being quiet.

  • Must have for a complete cymbal set up.

Well, i just bought this cymbal because i have the other matching cymbals (22" ride, 13" hi-hat cymbal). its much too soon to do a complete review because of minimal use. so, far, i have to say that i'm pleased with it mainly because they match my other cymbals. it is bright sounding . and i do love the bell side of the cymbal.

Sabian cymbals are the best in the market. The Paragon series is especially amazing! Your expectations will be exceeded. The quality is certainly heard when playing in a live setting. I won't use any other cymbals!

I have a few paragons and they have not disappointed. I just bought the 16 crash and i love it. this cymbal is louder than all of my other cymbals. It is one of the most unique sounding cymbals out there. if you want to get serious, get this crash.
